Returns & Exchanges

All Sales Are Final

LNG WKND Tan develops and releases products in controlled quantities to uphold the highest standards of quality and performance.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

This includes:

  • Launch purchases
  • Limited drops
  • Promotional or discounted items
  • Gifted or bundled items

We do not offer:

  • Refunds
  • Exchanges
  • Store credit
  • Order cancellations
  • Product swaps

Please review all product details, usage instructions, and information carefully before placing your order.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

LNG WKND Tan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure all order details are correct at checkout, including shipping address and product selection.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Orders placed in error
  • Dissatisfaction based on product preference

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons including:

  • Final sale policy
  • Shipping timelines or delays
  • Product preference or dissatisfaction

If a chargeback is initiated in violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to:

  • Dispute the claim with your payment provider
  • Provide proof of policy acknowledgment at checkout
  • Refuse future service

PREORDER TERMS

All preorder purchases are final sale.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the item is not currently in stock.

Preorders:

  • Cannot be canceled
  • Cannot be modified once placed
  • Cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Cannot be refunded due to production or shipping delays

Estimated shipping timelines will be provided on the product page at the time of purchase.

Please note that all timelines are estimates and may change due to:

  • Manufacturing delays
  • Freight or logistics delays
  • Supply chain disruptions

If a preorder item is purchased with an in-stock item, the entire order will ship once the preorder item is ready.

To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
